Evelyn G Vasquez

I am currently a PhD candidate in the Literature Department at the University of California, San Diego. I have been recently awarded the AAUW Dissertation Fellowship for the 2025-2026 academic year.

My research interest: 19th and 20th century multi-ethnic U.S. novels, and visual mediums such as comics and photography representing poor housing.
